Simple Breathing Meditation
This simple yet profoundly powerful breathing meditation can be used for many things including bringing auspicious energy. This week, I’m using it to help improve my personal life force and alleviate stress, worry and fear. Here’s how it goes…
Take in a deep and full breath of fresh clean air and positive energy through your mouth, all the way down to your tan tien, your power center 2-3″ below your belly. I get lightheaded easily, so I take my breaths in through my nose. Allow light to fill your whole body from head to toe, as your body expands with the breath. Allow this breath and light that now fills your body to absorb any negative chi that you may have swallowed. Visualize every cell in your body is breathing in positive emotions.
Now, gently exhale through your mouth in 8 short puffs and one final prolonged exhalation. Visualize exhaling all negativity, stress, worries etc. and visualize them leaving your body as black smoke.
One inhale and one exhale is one complete set. Repeat for a cycle of 9 breaths. This can be performed 3 times a day for 9 days.
Restoring + Strengthening Your Energy
The Orange Peel Bath chi adjustment offers profound energetic help in times of real need. This cure calls upon the revivifying energetic properties of the orange; citrus is renowned for its power to freshen and purify and it can powerfully assist human chi. It also helps protect you against emotional attack.
Take one orange and cut 9 round peels into your bath water and bathe. Afterwards, visualize yourself free from harm, disease, ill will or exhaustion. Perform 9 consecutive days.
Clearing Draining, Negative + Heavy Energies
Cut nine pieces of round-shaped peels from a fresh orange and carry them with you.
Place 9 round orange peels or 27 drops of pure organic essential oil into a glass or metal spray bottle filled with fresh, filtered water. Shake vigorously then spritz in your environment, especially your bedroom.
If You Have Insomnia
Place 9 fresh round orange peels beneath your pillow before sleep. If you wake up and have trouble getting back to sleep, with all fingers and thumbs, randomly tap all over your head 108 times. Change your bed linens more often than usual.
